My name is Manisha and I am a certified yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner from San Diego, California. I offer a holistic and nurturing approach to Hatha, Pranayama, Prenatal, Chair, and Restorative yoga. My classes are grounded in mindful movement and breath, creating a welcoming space for students of all levels to find balance, ease, and connection within themselves.

Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, I tailor each practice to support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Whether I’m guiding someone through pregnancy, recovery, or simply a moment of pause in a busy life, I teach with warmth, presence, and deep respect for each student’s unique path.
